Exeter Nightlife Alerts — membership terms Version: 23 September 2026 — subscriptions

The service: English-language Telegram alerts for monitored public FIXR ticket releases and restocks at Timepiece, Fever and Cavern. This is an independent alert service, not a ticket seller or a service affiliated with FIXR or any venue. Tickets and venue entry are purchased separately.
Prices and renewal: Weekender costs £2.99 for 7 days as a one-off payment. Regular costs £4.99 per calendar month and automatically renews each month. Term Pass costs £11.99 per 3 calendar months and automatically renews every 3 months. These are the total prices with no separate delivery charge. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. Access starts after payment is confirmed; Stripe shows the billing dates and charges your saved payment method at each renewal. A one-time discount reduces the first payment only; later renewals use the regular price unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. A failed payment does not extend access beyond the last paid period; Stripe may retry an unpaid invoice.
Manage or cancel renewal: visit https://exeternightlifealerts.co.uk/manage.html, open Manage in Telegram with the purchasing account, tap Manage billing / cancel renewal, then Cancel subscription in Stripe and complete the confirmation. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent future renewal charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Leaving Telegram does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling renewal does not itself refund previous payments or waive any statutory cancellation or refund right. For help, or to cancel by email, contact hello@exeternightlifealerts.co.uk before renewal. To change plan, cancel renewal and choose another after your paid period ends.
Existing purchases: passes originally sold as one-off payments remain one-off and are not converted to subscriptions. A new subscription cannot be purchased while an existing paid pass is active, to avoid overlapping charges.
How to buy: choose a pass, open our Telegram bot using the account you want to join with, review the Stripe checkout, request immediate service and pay. You can correct your choice by returning to the website before paying. The bot sends your private join link after confirmation; tap it to request entry, which the bot approves automatically for your account. Links expire after 15 minutes; send /access for a replacement. A Telegram account and internet connection are required; your usual data charges may apply. Access ends when the pass expires. Passes cannot be transferred or shared.
Availability: checks target about 30 seconds, but page loading, outages and delivery can cause delays. Tickets may sell out before an alert is received. We do not guarantee tickets, uninterrupted alerts or entry. Each event is limited to one notification per 30 minutes across all alert types. Changes during that period are suppressed; other events remain active. Stock increases while a ticket option stays available may not be detected. Contact support if your paid service is unavailable.
Cancellation and refunds: we do not offer discretionary refunds beyond your legal rights. Where the statutory 14-day cancellation right applies, you may cancel by emailing or writing to the seller within that period. If you expressly request service to start immediately, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for service supplied before cancellation. The right ends on full performance only where the law allows and you have made the required request and acknowledgement. Nothing here excludes statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed services or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any refund legally due will be handled using the original payment method within the applicable legal deadline.
